Okay, I swear this is my absolute last heart-centric post for at least....let's say 2 months. I'm sorry, but Valentine's Day -- whether you're celebrating it with a friend or a lover -- calls for champagne. Lovers' Pomegranate & Champagne
Champagne
Italian Pomegranate Soda
In a coupe, pour champagne over heart-shaped pomegranate soda ice.
If you're like me and can't find a heart-shaped ice tray or just want to use something you have on hand, all it takes is a heart-shaped cookie cutter and some plastic wrap. Put a square of plastic wrap inside of a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Place on a plate or in a bowl, fill with pomegranate soda, and freeze.
*Confession: I did not, in fact, open the old/nice bottle of champagne for this shoot, but it makes for a nice prop, no?
What a pretty idea for dressing up your Valentine's champagne!
