Try This: Mini Tinsel Wreath

Click over to Luri and Wilma today for my quick and easy tutorial for creating a tinsel wreath.  This was one of the three projects that we created at Sunday's Drink + DIY event at Ginger Root here in DC.  Pics of the event should be going up soon on Luri and Wilma, but because I manned the wreath station, I was able to snap a few of my own shots of wreath-making in action.
